From requirements definition through design, development, and maintenance, we combine analog field expertise with AI to shape each initiative for each business.
Requirements — maintenance
We fully renewed KIM E.M.'s core systems and embedded AI agents throughout development and operations. This enabled rapid adaptation to changing conditions and a faster customer feedback cycle.

We established a BPO structure in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Through AI-agent operations, we now direct and run operations directly from Japan without requiring a bridge SE.

We modularized part of the group’s internal systems and upgraded them step by step without interrupting operations, enabling a smooth transition through continuous in-use improvements.

We built a regional portal that aggregates area store and restaurant information. Category and keyword search, featured content, and announcements help connect local strengths with customer acquisition.

For direct-customer businesses, we developed an integrated sales management system that centralizes daily sales, collections, and staff performance. It covers receivables, invoicing, customer data, and daily/monthly aggregation.
Requirements — design
We designed software that automates show and cast scheduling for a theme park. Using morphological analysis, it selects optimal combinations from requirements and generates complex schedules automatically.
Requirements — maintenance
In partnership with an advertising agency, we handled production and operations across many sites, including corporate, campaign, and industry-specific sites. We covered planning through post-launch operations according to each objective.
